Hi, I’m Mikaela the founder of Cricklade Aesthetics Clinic.
With over a decade of clinical experience, I began my career as a registered dental nurse in 2013, working closely alongside dentists who carried out advanced aesthetic treatments. This environment sparked my passion for aesthetics and inspired me to launch my own business in 2021.
Based in the Cotswolds, my private, discreet clinic offers a calm and refined environment, complete with private on-site parking, allowing every client to enjoy a truly personal and unhurried experience.
I am fully qualified in a wide range of treatments including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, polynucleotides, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, vitamin injections, and advanced facial treatments. In 2024, I further expanded my expertise by training in phlebotomy, allowing me to offer PRP (vampire facials) and hair loss treatments. That same year, I proudly became fully self-employed, stepping away from dental nursing to focus entirely on my aesthetics career.
My approach combines clinical precision with a passion for delivering refined, natural-looking results. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice and I am currently working towards Level 7, ensuring I remain at the forefront of the industry while providing the highest standards of safety and care.
Before my career in dentistry, I worked as a lifeguard from the age of 16, where I developed strong foundations in first aid and medical emergency response skills that continue to underpin my commitment to client safety today.
Beyond the clinic, I’m also a proud mum to my two beautiful children, Ruby (6) and Finley (1). Balancing motherhood and business allows me to bring a warm, friendly and understanding approach to every client, creating a space where you feel comfortable, confident and truly cared for.
